Gardenia
Those gardenia were planted back in July. I have given up hope on them to flower. I moved them from a sunny spot to a shady spot that doesn't get much direct sunlight. I was doubting that this shrub will ever form a bud! Suprisingly I noticed that this shrub has produced so many buds and they are still growing. The flower and frangrance are amazing.

Oleander
Oleander is flowring at the moment. I was against growing this plant inside the garden because one day I'll have a kid running around and who knows picks a leave or two!
My mother gave me this one plus 3 other ones that I never found a suitable place to plant them. This one in the picture I planted it outside the house.
The flowers are really nicely fragrant!

Leucophyllum Frutescens
I saw this plant at Home Depot Garden Center in Houston and I fell in love with it. Of course it was impossible for me to ship it from there to Qatar. So I took the name of this plant went to a garden center and asked the guy if they ever carry this plant. They never did, but the next week I went again and he told me that he did a research about that plant and It would be possible to grow it in our warm climate so he ordered a few!
lucky me I got this one later on and It's beautiful. I love the shape, and the flowers are wonderful.
- Thanks Grower Jim for reminding me of this plant's name!

Jatropha
This tree or shrub is very easy to grow here in Qatar. You see it in many houses around the city. Some people shape it as a tree and some leave it to be bushy.
This one grew relatively quickly. The flowers from a distance are very pleasing to see because the contrast between the leaves and flowers is amazing!

Hibiscus
I still cannot find the name of this hibiscus specie. There are 2 garden centers both of them sell those kind of hibiscus (pink or white) and they are cultivated in Lebanon. They call it Lebanese Hibiscus that it's very popular in Lebanon.
I tried to look for pictures or information about this hibiscus but I didn't have luck!
if you can identify this hibiscus's name please let me know.. there is a picture of the leaves which are shorter than the chinese hibiscus and thinner.

Mammoth Sunflower
This is the same Sunflower in bloom from a previous post. It's dying now. It looks like a person sadly looking down :-(
Tulips
I bought those tulip bulbs when I was in Holland. As soon as I planted them they sprouted in no time. I really took care of these till I had to travel for the weekend. When I came back the tulips died. The soil was dry and the leaves has turned yellow.
I'm very glad I took those pictures before I left!
